Adjacent to the kitchen, dining table and living room is a separate bar area with seating for four and its own sink and SubZero with icemaker. The house features sit-down dining for eight at the main table, six at the breakfast nook and another four at the bar area for a total of 18. The living room features a flat screen LCD HD TV and a DVD, so you can relax, watch your favorite program in high definition and enjoy a roaring fire along with expansive ocean views. You can also get cozy in one of the two reading chairs, put your feet up and enjoy a novel from the over 100 book library that Owl's Nest Retreat has to offer its guests. Also downstairs is a spacious game room with pool table (ping pong top available), a fireplace, television with DVD player, stereo, refrigerator, bar area, and comfortable seating for ten. With a full bathroom downstairs, this can also become the perfect fourth bedroom as the sofa converts to a twin size sleeper. Adjoining the game room is a solarium with an indoor spa and shower. So you can come straight from the beach, shower off and jump into the indoor spa. All the downstairs rooms also feature amazing ocean views.
